U stuurt een mail of u vult het contactformulier in met de nodige details en uw vraag naar beschikbaarheid en prijs. Wij zullen u binnen de 12 uur een antwoord sturen per mail. Indien u akkoord gaat bevestigt u de mail en wij bevestigen uw reservatie.
De dag voor vertrek sturen wij u nog een sms om alle misverstanden te vermijden. De ritten worden uitgevoerd en u kan betalen als volgt:
– U betaalt cash of met kaart(Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard) aan de chauffeur.
– U betaalt met Payconic
– U betaalt per overschrijving na ontvangst van uw factuur.
Voor de terugrit zal onze chauffeur u opwachten op de afgesproken plaats in de luchthaven, treinstation of andere. U zal de chauffeur herkennen aan de tablet met uw naam of de naam van uw firma er op.

– You pay by bank transfer after receiving your invoice.
For the return journey our driver will be waiting for you at the agreed place in the airport, train station or similar …
You will recognize the driver holding a tablet with displays your name or the logo of your company.
